Breast Cancer Awareness Month @ Havas Chicago
Art Directors: Mila Bengoa & Lexi Rodriguez // Copywriting: Ariana Delfini
To shed light on Breast Cancer Awareness month, we created an art installation and auction that featured works from survivors, and supporters, family, and friends of people with breast cancer. We even created one-of-a-kind busts that were shipped to artists all around. These were displayed in our main Chicago office and auctioned off on Ebay.
WE USED WOMEN’S BREASTS AS A PAINTBRUSH. THIS ART WAS MADE BY WOMEN BARING IT ALL.
SOME Media coverage
“Bid prices correlate to breast cancer statistics. For instance, paintings priced at $120, representing the estimated 266,120 new cases of invasive breast cancer that are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S. this year. Busts start at $266, again representing the number of new cases.”
